Do Your Best Trick in an eS Shoe! Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY!

LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON.ÊEntries shall state clearly the age of the entrant and
shall include a parental consent (where indicated) if the entrant is under 18.
Failure to include age may disqualify any entry submitted.ÊSole Technology, Inc.
requires all minors to obtain the written permission of their parent or guardian
as a condition to winning any prizes.ÊAll parental consents shall be verified at
the time prizes are awarded. Entrants must upload footage to YouTube of themselves 
doing their best trick while wearing a pair of eS shoes. When the contest is over, 
eS will choose the final winner, who will get one free complete Flip Rodrigo Tx. skateboard, 
one free pair of eS Rodrigo Tx. 2 shoes and one complete eS apparel outfit. The total value 
of all prizes awarded hereunder is approximately $400.00. Prizes shall not be redeemable for cash.
Odds of winning are subject to number of entries. Sole Technology, Inc. reserves the right to
substitute like prizes of equal or similar value. The contest will begin on
April 7, 2006 and run through June 1, 2006. All winners will be informed via phone,
mail or email approximately one month after the close of the contest.
THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR WHERE PRIOR REGISTRATION OR OTHER FILINGS
OR NOTICES ARE REQUIRED UNDER LAW.ÊThis promotion is not open to employees of Sole
Technology andÊtheir families.ÊSole Technology shall not be responsible or liable
for lost, stolen, misdirected, delayed, destroyed or illegible entries or submissions.
Winners (and their parents, if a minor) shall be required to verify certain entry
information and to execute a release and consent document in favor of Sole Technology
as a prerequisite to claiming any prizes.ÊWinners agree that their name, certain
biographical information, and/or a photograph of them and designs,Êmay be used by
Sole Technology, without further compensation, in any publicity. Winner information

This contest is subject to these Official Rules and any other rules at any time
promulgated by Sole Technology.ÊSole Technology reserves the right to amend these
rules at any time in its sole discretion. In the event that any provision or rule
is found unenforceable by any court of appropriate jurisdiction, such provision or
rule shall be severed herefrom and the remainder of the Official Rules shall remain
valid and enforceable. Winners are responsible for all taxes in connection herewith.
The contest rules shall be interpreted according to the substantive laws of the State
of California, without regard to choice of law principles. ALL SUBMISSIONS, ENTRIES,
DRAWINGS AND ANY COPYRIGHTED OR COPYRIGHTABLE ARTWORK OR DESIGNS OR OTHER
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CONTAINED THEREIN ARE AND SHALL BECOME THE SOLE PROPERTY
OF SOLE TECHNOLOGY, INC. and the entrant agrees to execute such assignment or
other documents as are necessary to enforce the rights of Sole Technology granted
herein without any compensation of any kind to the entrant.
