Three problems though, Maccel, why d’ya need a bad version of the accel when you already have 3 good ones. Rideaway, looks like a moon boot, and Murray, who designed it? it’s terrible Reebok tax.

Ok, Accel Plus does have the g2 heel and the accelerates have the full impact g2 system. If it doesn’t say it on the site some one forgot to write it in (hint to those who work here). The standard is a dope looking basic shoe..we figured we could make a simple shoe even better and we did. Cale skated in them and liked them.
Benny- We got some K7 lakers colors coming out so hang in there.
I just got one of Kostons old set ups. I’m going to see if he will sign it and maybe we can do a blog giveaway or some shit like that.

I dont know for some reason I like the maccel, but maybe its because I like the tech look. The rideaway I have mixed feelings on, I like the brown and the black but I dont like the grey textured stuff on the other one. I don’t really like the K7’s, not saying its a bad shoe, just not my style. New accelerate colors=awesome. And I just cant make myself say anything bad about the accels, because there.. accels, no matter what color they come in.

Standard = Why does every company need to have a shoe that looks exactly like this? Oh yeah, because they sell good. And because it’s a damn good design.
Rideaway = Horrible fuck up, didn’t you notice that all your other over-techy looking shoes didn’t sell well? Or did they sell great and I’m on the wrong planet?
K7 = Just as mediocre as all of his other shoes.
Maccel = What makes this version of the Acccel so special that a shoe this ugly with such bad colorways needed to be added to the eS line? Does it skate amazingly or something? Because that’s the only thing that would save this design.
I like the idea of a shoe archive. It’d give us sneakerheads something to look at when it’s raining or when boredom sets in. What the fuck are you thinking, taking the Koston 1’s off the line? With eS taking up the rear in the Sole Tech sales department, you’d think that It’d be time to NOT make any more bad designs and keep the classic old ones. So what do you do? Add one terrible shoe, three mediocre, and one good, and take out your best shoe and probably the best design in Sole Tech history. I’m a fan of eS and hate to see you guys making errors like this. Around these parts everyone wears shoes from the Accel family or Nike, and that’s about it. So why not just capitolize on Accels and pro models instead of releasing mountains of dreary team designs? I can’t say I understand your marketing here. Nonetheless, good luck with the new line: if they sell than great and if they don’t then maybe it’s a lesson learned.

I picked up my first pair of Accel Plus (black synthetic colorway). Room for improvements, but overall the fit, cushioning, and boardfeel are great. Glad to finally have a pair on my feet.

It is the best skate shoe in the world. The Rodrigo TX brown n’ orange looked like something I would wear. ‘es should made the Accel plus in chocolate brown. : ) I agree with Austin why does a skate shoes company made shoes you can’t skate in.That makes no sence I don’t care if you’re just chilln’ damnit just wear the shoes you skate with what happened to just doing that? The foam at the heel was really comfy they felt like you were skating with hardly any weight on your feet yet they protected all those little bones. And the rubber moulding at the front of the shoe was super tough same with the little strip of wierd stuff at the side of the shoe I don’t know what the hell that was but it was crazy.BRING THOSE SHOES BACK- you shouldn’t just take it as my opinion what do all you peeps think?

6/4/05 at 05:40Strangely enough, I was about to post something similar to Ryan, only more coherent. For some reason I’m getting heel bruises with the Accel Plus, but only in my left heel. The left heel G2 always felt kind of soft compared to the one in the right shoe, so I’m not sure if it’s a manufacturing fault or what, plus I’ve had the shoes for over a month so I can’t exchange them for another pair or anything.
Another thing is with the insoles of the shoes. My insole is literally falling apart in 2 places under the pressure of my left heel and ball of my left foot. This has never happened with any other insole, so I dunno what the hell is going on. The insole literally wore away to the point where I had to actually sew some foam in there myself.
I’m beginning to suspect that this is some sort of manufacturing fault as the insole in the right shoe is still perfectly intact, it’s only the left one that is falling apart.
I would appreciate it a lot if I could get in contact with you guys and you could send me out a new insole or something, cause if I keep using this one it’ll wear away beyond repair.

Here’s my thoughts on the new models/colorways:
Accelerate: Great new colorways.
Accel: Grey/lime/white and the P.J. colorway are probably the only two colors I like (and black, of course). I prefer them in leather :(
Accel Plus: All of the different blacks are nice (camo is just weird though), and blue/grey/white is TIGHT!
Murray: Definately not skate shoes, but I definately plan on getting a pair for walking/work. Nice job on designing these…
Standard: Meh, can’t see myself wearing them, but OK looking I guess.
Rideaway: Look a tad bulky, but can’t say for sure by just seeing the pictures. Love the look of the black/white/red ones though.
Cramer: Didn’t look great at first, but the black/white/red colorway looks great. Just kinda looks like the type of shoe that might last a bit longer…
