I liked the Eos so much that when I heard they were being discontinued, I ordered three pairs from the warehouse. I still have two untouched and one pair has been worn once or twice. The éS team didn't like the outsole of the Eos. It probably would have skated better with the Accel outsole.

i'm glad sparkles didnt take the nike deal that was purposed to him by his manager, kostons manager offered the nike deal to paul after koston said fuck that es or life. After paul took the deal with nike the manager ditches koston and takes on paul full time, those managers are a bad idea, they are just in it for their 10%. When opportunity arises, you must sieze it. This is what Paul did. It is mind-numbing how people are so ignorant when it comes to the life of a pro skater. You realize you can't skate forever, right? Do you think you can retire at the age of 35? No, you need a lot of money in the bank.
What's to say P-Rod seriously injures himself skating and can't skate anymore? What will he do then? You think his companies will keep paying him? It's a dangerous and risky activity, and he doesn't exactly have a double PhD to fall back on, either. Money makes the world go round kids, and nobody wants to live uncomfortably.
Quit being haters and respect him for what he does: skate. This is what he was born to do and is all he knows. He's also a class act, unlike many pros/ams.
