éS Game of SKATE Plano, Texas Report

The first stop of the 2006 éS Game of SKATE series, presented by Boost Mobile, was held in Plano, Texas on a very hot day, June 4, 2006. As part of the Fast Forward Family Reunion and Farewell, the éS Game of SKATE went off without a hitch thanks to the efforts of the Fast Forward crew and a very easygoing group of skaters out in the early Summer sun having a good time.

From a field of 96 skaters, it all came down to one winner: Patrick Andruchow from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, who was last year’s Oklahoma City champ. Patrick went home with a new Boost Mobile i875 MP3/camera phone and service from Boost, as well as shoes and gear from éS Footwear and an all-expenses-paid trip to the Action Sports Retailer trade show in San Diego, California in September for the éS Game of SKATE Finals. Congrats, Patrick! Thanks to Fast Forward for having us and to all the kids who showed up and skated.
